Setting Precision as Displayed - Mandatory:• In order to ensure that formula only calculate the visible amounts on a spreadsheet you must set the precision as displayed option for the workbook. Otherwise any undisplayed rounding errors will cause sub-totals or other formula to fail to tie.

Setting the Hyperlink Base
• By default hyperlinks created by Excel will be relative to the folder location the file is stored, this can be seen when hyperlinks show up with dots in them, i.e. "\\...\...\". To prevent this, set the hyperlink base value on the spreadsheet to your C:\ drive so that the entire link is stored.
• Alternatively you can store the entire hyperlink via the =Hyperlink() formula to avoid this issue instead of using the right-click insert hyperlink option.
1.) Navigate to
File >

Show All Properties
2.) Set the 'Hyperlink Base' value to C:\
Bypass the Open Page from ExcelWhenever you try to open a document on our network through Excel, you must navigate to File>Open>Browse or the Open Folder (on your Quick Access Toolbar) then browse and that opens the window folder to start searching the files on the network. However, you can bypass this and open the window folder directly: Navigate to File>Options>Save and ensure the ‘Don’t show the Backstage when opening or saving files’ box is checked.
