ASD_OPER_UNIT
This tree shows the organization of Business Unit/Fund/Operating Unit - of which operating unit is the detail value (lowest value in tree). This tree drives many combo-edits and as such ensures that users can't use an invalid combination of Business Unit, Fund, or Operating Unit.
One thing to note is that the OKCDT Business Unit is inactive and cannot be posted to. We utilize this as a place to put Operating Units that need to be inactivated but which still have activity for current reporting. If you simply inactivate the operating unit then reports won't pull it in, but by moving that operating unit into the OKCDT/299 section it remains viable for reporting but users can no longer generate entries to it.
