Peoplesoft Journal Lines Personalization

Below are some instructions on how to customize your journal lines column order as well as how to import some presets:

 1.  On the Lines tab of the Create/Update Journal Entries page click on “Personalize” on the far left.  

-Note: You don’t want the “Personalize Page” option.

2.  On this screen you can move around column order and hide fields you do not need to see.   I use the order in the above image to get all of the most important information on the left side for when doing journal support.

We have some saved presets (above image) you can import from this screen if you want, this is especially helpful for quickly setting up new employees:

 1.  Click on “Copy Settings”.

 2.  Click on the Magnifying Glass to search.

 3.  Choose the "ASD_JE" option.
