Instructions for resetting password when working remote:
2. Enter your @okc.gov user ID. For most users it is firstname.lastname@okc.gov and will be the same as your primary email address.
3. Enter the password provided by Systems.
4. Enter your new password in the next two fields. Be sure they match, and that they contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, at least one special character and that they are at least 9 characters long.
5. Click Submit.
6. If you encounter any errors or issues please contact Systems.
