  • Subject: Be specific, don't just say "database broken" or "voucher". Give the name of the database or the voucher# in the subject. Later on this kind of information is invaluable for researching past issues.
  • Body: Try to tell us what you were doing when your error occurred or use Snipping Tool to send us a screenshot, just make sure you replace the "Sent from Snipping Tool" subject line with something informative.
